How will I be billed?
When you sign up for DidUBackUp, you will
have the option of paying by credit card or by check.
After the first 30 day period, you will be billed each
month, in advance, for the next 30 days of service.
If you choose to be billed by credit card, your credit card will be debited automatically and you will receive a receipt via email. If you choose to be billed by check, you will receive a paper invoice in the mail approximately 15 days before each monthly anniversary of your sign-up date. Payment
terms are net 15 days.
About overusage
If the amount of data that you
have backed up (after compression) on our servers, exceeds the amount of
storage included in your plan (plus any additional
storage that you have signed up for), you will receive a
notification via email approximately 7 days before the
end of your billing cycle. You will be able to continue
to backup and use the service uninterrupted. This email
notification is sent as a courtesy to you and gives you the opportunity to delete files
or revisions that you no
longer need to be backed up. If you would like
assistance deleting files or running revision rules, please feel
free to contact customer support.
If you are still over the amount of storage of
your service plan at the
end of that billing cycle (after the 7 day period), you will be billed for
additional storage space at the rate of $0.0099 per
megabyte (the equivalent of $4.95 per 500 megabytes) if
you have Home Plan I, Home Plan II or Business Plan I or $0.00495 per megabyte (the
equivalent of $4.95 per 1 gigabyte) if you have Business
Plan II or III.
